Spent a relaxing day catching up with old friends Karen and Dana, in MN. Dana and Robert have been best friends since grade school. Dana put the red tail outside for some fresh air and to help her adjust to captivity. She has been with them for a week and is getting used to being tethered. Robert got to see her have her first bath in captivity.
We had a late lunch at a local eatery. They had the largest burgers in homemade buns I've ever seen!
Later in the afternoon Robert got a ride in a Dana's 1973 Javelin. Karen and I kicked back with a glass of wine while the guys had fun.
It was nice to have a fun day off the road and to enjoy friends.
